Sales & Marketing activities at Institute:
Profile
• Should be
Graduate.
• Experienced preferably in education Industry.
• Should have a Good
command over English & local language, possessing persuasive skills,
pleasant personality and number orientation for achieving target.
• Interpersonal
skills and analytic mind.
JD &
Responsibilities:
· To manage and run
the Institute as an independent profit centre.
· To Plan and
execute various Sales & Marketing activities for achieving Admission
targets.
· To meet with sales
revenue and profit targets.
· To promote the
institute and its courses.
· To ensure proper
handling of walk -ins, Counselling prospective students. Converting enquiries to
registrations.
· To ensure proper
handling of admission procedures.
· To maintain staff
& student discipline.
· To interact with
suppliers & vendors.
· To manage cash
flows/receivables/payables.
· To strategize
& undertake revenue generating activities.
· Tie -up with local
Colleges, Schools, Tuition houses.
· To maintain
files/records/databanks.
· To know &
study the general market, industry & competition.
· To ensure high
quality of education.
· To ensure high satisfaction
level from students.
