The Center Manager is responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the center. The role involves managing staff, delivering an excellent customer experience, achieving business targets, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Oversee daily center operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate center employees.
Set team goals and monitor individual and center performance.
Drive admissions, sales, memberships, or revenue in line with assigned targets.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Build strong relationships with customers, parents, students, or other stakeholders.
Monitor attendance, inventory, cash collections, expenses, and center records.
Prepare and submit regular operational, financial, and performance reports.
Ensure the center is clean, safe, well-maintained, and properly equipped.
Implement company policies, standard operating procedures, and quality standards.
Coordinate local marketing, outreach, and customer-retention activities.
Recruit and onboard employees in coordination with the HR team.
Identify operational issues and implement timely corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, Hospitality, or a related field.
[3–5] years of experience in center, branch, retail, education, healthcare, fitness, or service operations.
At least [1–2] years of experience managing a team.
Experience in sales, customer service, budgeting, and performance management is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM, or center-management systems.
