Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support accounting and financial reporting engagements
  

• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports as per US GAAP
  

• Ensure accurate maintenance of general ledger, reconciliations, and month -end close activities
  

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and banking transactions
  

• Review journal entries, expense reports, and supporting documentation
  

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting queries and discrepancies
  

• Support month -end and year -end closing processes and financial reporting
  

• Assist in audit support by preparing schedules and ensuring availability of documentation
  

• Monitor timelines and ensure timely delivery of client deliverables
  

• Contribute to process improvements and implementation of best practices
  

• Assist in developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
  

Requirements

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
  

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or professional services
  

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  

• Exposure to US GAAP or working with international clients is an advantage
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar tools
  

• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem -solving skills
  

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  

• Good verbal and written communication skills
