About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Chat Process Associate. This opportunity is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates who are interested in building or advancing their careers in customer support.

The selected candidates will assist customers through non-voice communication channels, including live chat, email, messaging platforms, and social media. The role requires excellent written English, attention to detail, and the ability to understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

  Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  Freshers are encouraged to apply; candidates with around one year of customer service experience will be preferred.

  Strong written English proficiency with excellent grammar, spelling, and sentence construction.

  Basic computer proficiency and good typing skills.

  Strong comprehension, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

  Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
