About the Role

We are hiring Chat Support Executives to join our Customer Experience team. This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates with strong written communication skills, good computer knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

Candidates will attend the walk-in interview in Udaipur. However, the selected candidates will be required to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and work from the Ahmedabad office.

The selected candidates will interact with customers through digital communication channels, understand their concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Eligibility & Requirements

  Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma or equivalent; graduates are preferred.

  Previous experience in customer service, chat support, BPO, or customer experience will be an added advantage.

  Excellent written English and grammar skills.
