Chief Technology Officer

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a proven track record in leading technology -driven transformations. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in developing scalable structures for product/e -commerce businesses, managing large teams, and overseeing significant budgets/revenues. This leadership role demands a forward -thinking individual who can strategize and implement technology solutions that support and accelerate our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy in alignment with the company's business goals, focusing on scalability, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Lead the development and deployment of robust, secure, and scalable technology solutions using Java, Python, and .NET frameworks.
  
• Oversee the entire technology department, including software development, network infrastructure, and data security, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  
• Manage and expand a team of skilled technology professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  
• Collaborate with other C -suite executives to identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive company growth and competitive advantage.
  
• Oversee the technology budget and ensure cost -effective design, development, and implementation of technology solutions.
  
• Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and innovations, assessing their applicability to the company's goals and operational capabilities.
  
• Drive the development and implementation of policies and procedures for technology governance, compliance, and best practices.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position overseeing technology strategy and operations.
  
• Proven experience in developing scalable technology infrastructures for product or e -commerce businesses.
  
• Strong technical expertise in Java, Python, and .NET frameworks.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams and handle significant budgets/revenues.
  
• Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a track record of leveraging technology to achieve business objectives.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards success.
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
