? Position: Architect

? Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

? Experience: 4–9 Years

? Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

â³ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

â Coordinate with architectural consultants and the site execution team.

â Review architectural drawings and follow up with consultants for revisions.

â Ensure drawings are executed accurately at the project site.

â Cross-check architectural drawings with actual site execution.

â Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and maintain project documentation.

â Resolve design and execution-related issues in coordination with consultants.

Requirements

Eligibility

â Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

â 4–9 years of experience in Real Estate Construction.

â Mandatory experience in High-Rise Residential Projects (100+ meters).

â Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, architectural drawings, consultant coordination, and site execution.

â Excellent communication and coordination skills.
