Job Description - Class Teacher, 1st Standard

To facilitate the transition from play -based learning to formal primary education. You will be

responsible for creating a nurturing, barrier -free environment where children with physical,

speech, and sensory disabilities feel empowered to learn basic academic concepts alongside

their non -disabled peers.

Requirements

Teach basic English, Kannada, and Mathematics using

Activity -Based Learning (ABL). Since many students may have cerebral palsy or speech

impairments, you must use multi -sensory tools (visual cards, tactile objects).
