Job Description - Client Relationship Manager (Tax and Finance Focus)




Role: Client Relationship Manager (Tax and Finance Focus)







Location: Mumbai or Gurgaon



Reporting To: Leadership team



Role Type: Full-time







We are seeking dynamic Chartered Accountants (CAs) or MBA Finance professionals to join us as Client Relationship Managers, working with some of the world’s largest corporations to redefine their financial processes. This role combines relationship management, business analysis, and strategic solutioning, with the goal of driving client satisfaction and product innovation.







Key Responsibilities







1. Relationship Management:



• Partner with client tax and finance teams, spending time onsite to understand their challenges and build strong, trust-based relationships.



• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.



• Represent Finkraft.ai as a thought leader in GST and financial automation.







2. Business Analysis and Solutioning:



• Analyze client AS-IS processes to identify inefficiencies and pain points.



• Propose tailored solutions leveraging Finkraft’s technology to optimize GST compliance and credit.



• Provide structured feedback to product teams in Bangalore to drive product refinement and innovation.







3. Farming and Hunting:



• Farming: Drive deeper engagement with existing Fortune 500 clients, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional solutions.



• Hunting: Engage with prospective clients to expand Finkraft’s footprint in large enterprises.







4. Collaboration:



• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to ensure seamless client experience.



• Partner with clients to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of Finkraft solutions.







5. Strategic Execution:



• Deliver strategic insights to internal teams on market trends and client needs.



• Actively participate in client review meetings and negotiations, representing Finkraft’s value proposition.


Requirements



Desired Qualifications:




• Professional Expertise:



• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.



• 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in corporate finance, taxation, or enterprise solutions.



• Skills:



• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.



• Analytical mindset to assess and improve client processes.



• Ability to manage large corporate accounts while driving strategic outcomes.



• Knowledge:



• Expertise in GST compliance, financial automation, and corporate taxation.



• Experience with SaaS solutions or financial technology is a plus.
