Job Description - Cloud Solutions Architect

Summary

The Cloud Solutions Architect will serve as a strategic leader within the IT Services sector, leveraging over 15 years of specialized expertise to design and govern complex cloud ecosystems. This pivotal role is responsible for orchestrating high-availability infrastructure, ensuring robust security postures, and facilitating seamless digital transformations for enterprise clients. With a competitive compensation package ranging from ₹42 to ₹45 LPA, the position demands an individual capable of bridging the gap between advanced cloud technologies and critical business continuity requirements.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement advanced virtualization solutions, specifically focusing on FSLogix profiles and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) autoscaling strategies to optimize user experiences.
Design and enforce comprehensive security frameworks centered on Conditional Access policies and Zero Trust principles to safeguard organizational assets.
Develop and maintain resilient Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) while managing hybrid connectivity solutions across diverse environments.
Utilize Azure Monitor and Log Analytics for proactive system health monitoring, performance tuning, and data-driven operational insights.
Provide senior-level ITIL-aligned support (L3/L4) to resolve critical infrastructure incidents and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
Oversee the administration, migration, and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 and Office 365 suites to maximize productivity and collaboration.
Manage complex identity ecosystems involving Azure Active Directory, Hybrid AD configurations, and ADFS implementations.
Lead cloud operations and infrastructure management initiatives, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
Drive cloud security and compliance initiatives, ensuring all deployments meet rigorous regulatory and internal governance standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

Possess 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in IT services, with a deep specialization in cloud architecture and operations.
Demonstrate proven expertise in FSLogix technologies and the implementation of AVD autoscaling mechanisms.
Exhibit strong proficiency in configuring Conditional Access rules and establishing Zero Trust security architectures.
Show a track record of designing and executing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies for hybrid cloud environments.
Be skilled in leveraging Azure Monitor and Log Analytics for comprehensive observability and troubleshooting.
Hold advanced knowledge of ITIL frameworks, with specific experience in L3 and L4 support escalations.
Display extensive hands-on experience in Azure Infrastructure management and general cloud operations.
Have a solid background in Microsoft 365 and O365 administration, including successful migration projects.
Demonstrate mastery in managing Azure AD, Hybrid AD environments, and ADFS configurations.
Possess deep familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop deployment and management.
Show a strong commitment to cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance standards.
