Cluster Manager - Food

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage business operations, sales, distribution, and team performance across multiple locations for a growing Food / Snacks company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall sales and business operations across assigned locations.
  
• Achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue and distribution targets.
  
• Lead, motivate and monitor sales and field teams.
  
• Develop and strengthen distributor, dealer, retailer and channel relationships.
  
• Expand market coverage and improve product availability and visibility.
  
• Monitor primary and secondary sales, stock movement and outstanding payments.
  
• Identify new market opportunities and support market expansion.
  
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
  
• Ensure effective execution of promotions, schemes and product launches.
  
• Track team performance, productivity and territory-wise KPIs.
  
• Coordinate with production, logistics, finance and marketing teams.
  
• Prepare regular sales, distribution and market MIS reports.
  

Requirements

Preferred Experience

• 6–12 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Snacks / Consumer Products.
  
• Experience managing multiple territories / branches / districts preferred.
  
• Candidates with experience in FMCG sales, distribution and channel management will be preferred.
