Job Description - Cluster/ Property Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee the operational performance
of its properties in Kolkata. This role requires a hands -on leader who can ensure seamless
operations, enhance guest experiences, and maintain strong owner and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end -to -end management of properties across Kolkata.
• Ensure smooth guest check -ins, check -outs, and overall stay experiences.
• Maintain property quality standards through regular inspections and audits.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor partners.
• Drive occupancy and revenue performance in collaboration with the reservations
team.
• Address guest concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Manage property owner communications and relationship management.
• Supervise local operations teams and ensure service excellence.
• Track operational KPIs and submit periodic performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related
discipline.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, customer -focused environment.
• Familiarity with hospitality technology and operational tools is preferred
