We’re looking for a senior commercial leader to drive growth across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka within our Texture & Health Solutions business.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end commercial performance of the sub-region - shaping strategy, leading high-performing teams, and delivering strong financial results. You’ll partner closely with regional and global stakeholders and play a key role on the India Leadership Team.
Own and deliver revenue, gross margin, and profit targets across the sub-region
Co-develop and execute a 5-year commercial strategy to achieve sustainable double-digit growth
Drive solutions-led growth by innovating with customers and strengthening market positioning
Build and maintain senior relationships with key strategic accounts
Lead pricing strategy to protect and expand profitability
Identify and unlock new business opportunities and market segments
Translate market trends and competitive insights into actionable strategies
Partner with technical teams to accelerate product innovation and solution adoption
Establish clear business scorecards and optimize resource allocation
Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality) to deliver differentiated customer value
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team, ensuring strong succession planning
Experienced leaders in Commercial, Sales, Business Development
Proven track record leading commercial functions at country or regional level
Strong experience in South Asia markets
Deep understanding of the food industry (ingredients, starches, flavors preferred)
Strong knowledge of food applications
Demonstrated ability to build and execute business strategy
Experience leading cross-cultural and geographically distributed teams
Strong business acumen and decision-making capability
Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Business (MBA preferred)
Comfortable with tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Lead a high-impact, growth-critical region
Shape long-term strategy and innovation in a dynamic market
Work with global teams and top-tier customers
Build and scale a high-performing commercial organization
