Job Title: Marketing Specialist Commercial Real Estate

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in the commercial real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience, specializing in either brokerage, real estate development, or both. Prior experience working with Indian companies is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and services.
• Collaborate with brokerage and development teams to create compelling marketing campaigns.
• Manage online and offline marketing efforts, including property listings, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Create presentations, brochures, and other marketing collateral to support sales and leasing efforts.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in commercial real estate marketing (brokerage and/or development).
• Prior experience working with Indian companies in the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Indian commercial real estate market, trends, and dynamics.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, social media, SEO, and analytics).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in property branding and positioning.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.
• Proven success in managing large-scale marketing projects within the real estate domain.
