Job Description

Responsible to develop separate branding strategy for brands Oakridge in line with the intent and strategy behind these two distinct school offerings of People Combine.
➢
Develops different strategies for each school product offerings of Oakridge in line with what is valued by the target market of each product and the catchment area of each offering.
2.)
Responsible to monitor markets.
➢
Responsible to analyze market research reports and be aware of trends in the market, changes in customer preferences, competitor moves etc.
➢
Responsible to strategize for brands to always be fresh and contemporary.
3.)
Responsible for precise positioning of each brand in all communication to the external world and in internal communications.
➢
Responsible to reinforce perception through branding that the schools deliver premium, global and holistic schooling experience, and equips students with an edge to emerge winners in the competition for quality college education.
➢
Responsible to develop creatives for usage in marketing campaign (Print, Hoarding, Inserts, Web site, social media, and Internet Search engines). Accountable for the advertisements of the school to earn eyeballs and the brand to be widely recognized and perceived as intended.
➢
Responsible to generate among school parents and students a sense of pride in being associated with the school and earn their loyalty to the school through creation of a strong positive awareness of the brand in the market.
➢
Responsible to enhance perceived value of the school offering and create a sense of pride and prestige to be associated with the school, thus overcoming any resistance to the fees charged by the school (new parents) and to increase in fees effected from time to time (existing parents).
