Job description:
You primary job would be to Ignite Collaboration :
Interesting word but typically is inundated with failures and 90% grunt work like curating events,  organizing logistics, managing digital assets, social media marketing, tie-ups.
However, the 10% interesting work could involve ideating new human collaboration situation, which may be based on various social psychology theories or could be exploratory exercises, interacting with interesting people and building real leadership, organizing, and hustling skills.

You will be the primary person responsible to make sure the space is operating smoothly, events are well attended and go off without a hitch, and that desk renters are happy. You will be backed by the rest of our team, but the primary mission is to create a successful co-working space and a place for likeminded people to network, learn, and collaborate belongs to you.
This is a varied role, from making sure the space is full and people are happy, to running networking events, to coordinating, staffing, and marketing workshops and other events, to making sure we have enough snacks and supplies in the kitchen, to coordinating with cleaning staff, and more.

Who should apply:
You Should apply if you are a highly self-managed person, and excited to work in a collaborative environment.  
You are an extremely participatory and extrovert person who have been always associated with organizing events within your college/school and have a great community building inclination. You will have good organizational skills and be able to see what needs to get done and make it happen without the need for daily guidance. You will also have excellent communication skills, to interface with desk renters, the existing network, the Space founders, and externally on social media. You know how to strike a balance between engaging the community to foster a sense of ownership, and getting on with getting things done.
