Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Community Manager to build and manage strong relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions. The role will focus on institute partnerships, MOU and agreement management, stakeholder engagement, and student community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Support new institute onboarding and manage ongoing partner relationships.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate and maintain MOUs, agreements, contracts, and partnership documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Act as the primary point of contact for institute leadership, faculty, placement teams, and coordinators.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive institute and student engagement through workshops, orientations, webinars, and campus events.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnered programs.

  
  


• 
  

  Address institute, faculty, and student concerns and ensure timely resolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct regular partner meetings, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships.

  
  


• 
  

  Track institute engagement, student participation, partner satisfaction, and key performance metrics.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate partnership records, reports, and documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Travel approximately 30% for institute visits, stakeholder meetings, and campus events.

  
  

Required Skills

• 
  

  Strong institute relationship and stakeholder management skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with colleges, universities, or educational institutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Understanding of MOU, agreement, or partnership documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in community management, institute partnerships, campus relations, program management, or key account management.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage multiple institute relationships simultaneously.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  2–4 years of relevant experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in EdTech, Higher Education, Institute Partnerships, or Campus Relations is an advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with IITs, IIMs, NITs, or other premier institutions is preferred.
