Compliance Specialist Compliance Assist

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse SEBI, AMFI, and other relevant regulatory circulars and requirements and assess their impact on compliance processes.
  
• Review
  compliance workflows and AI-assisted outputs against applicable regulatory
  requirements for accuracy and completeness.
  
• Identify
  gaps or incorrect interpretations and work with Product and Technology
  teams to resolve them.
  
• Provide
  domain inputs on compliance processes, requirements.
  
• Participate
  in testing and validation of new and enhanced features from a
  compliance perspective.
  
• Stay
  updated on relevant regulatory developments and identify implications for
  the product.
  
• Contribute
  to improving ComplianceAssist based on practical knowledge of AMC and BFSI
  compliance processes.
  
• Support
  client or product discussions where compliance domain expertise is
  required.
  

What We're Looking For

• 3–6
  years of experience in Compliance / Regulatory Compliance, preferably
  within an AMC, mutual fund, or financial services organisation.
  
• Good
  working knowledge of SEBI and AMFI regulations and compliance
  requirements relevant to asset management.
  
• Practical
  understanding of regulatory circulars, compliance obligations, monitoring,
  reporting, and related processes.
  
• Ability
  to interpret regulatory requirements and assess their impact on business
  or compliance processes.
  
• Strong
  analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify
  gaps between regulatory requirements and product outputs.
  
• Good
  communication skills and ability to work effectively with Product and
  Technology teams.
  
• Comfortable
  working in a technology-driven environment and interested in the
  application of AI to compliance.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience
  across more than one AMC or financial services organisation.
  
• Exposure
  to RegTech, compliance transformation, or technology-led process
  improvement.
  
• Familiarity
  with AI/LLM-based applications.
