Your work profile

Consultant will be responsible for ensuring completion of delivery of day-to-day activities within the Procure to Pay (P2P) function/process, (for e.g., Intercompany activity, accounting and reporting, GL period end activities, PO and Invoice Reconciliation, GRN and Accruals processing, accounting).

Key responsibilities for the Analyst will include:

1. Performance and day-to-day delivery of P2P processes, sub-processes, activities, and transactions


2. Knowledge to perform and deliver one or more of the following P2P activities: Intercompany activity, accounting and reporting, GL period end activities, PO and Invoice Reconciliation , GRN and Accruals processing, accounting).


3. Accounts Payables and Receivables:
   
   
   
   • Invoice processing and issue resolutions, Spend analysis, vendor reconciliations
   
   
   
   


4. GL Period End Activities:
   
   
   
   • Lead and perform general ledger (GL) period-end close activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and proper recording in the GL system.
   
   
   • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations as required for period-end activities.
   
   
   
   


5. Financial Reporting:
   
   
   
   • Generate and analyze financial reports to provide key insights into the company’s financial health.
   
   
   • Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of all financial reports.
   
   
   
   


6. Provide necessary documentation and reports for financial reporting


7. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations


8. Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and best practices in P2P function

Key skills required

1. 3+ years of previous work experience


2. Basic / working knowledge of P2P processes and applications


3. Proficient in MS Excel & Powerpoint


4. Effective communication, problem solving and analytical skills


5. Prior experience in BPO sector (preferred)


6. Knowledge of Coupa, Sirion, C4U and SAP tools will be an added advantage Contractual Expertise: Deep knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents.


7. Education: B. Com / BBA / BMS or similar three-year graduate course /M.Com / CA Inter


8. Work Model: Clientsite (minimum 3 days in office)
