About the Opportunity
A leading healthcare services provider in India, we deliver high-acuity surgical and critical care solutions across multi-specialty hospitals and tertiary care centers. Our anesthesia team ensures patient safety and optimal perioperative outcomes through advanced airway management, pain control, and hemodynamic monitoring—serving diverse clinical settings from elective surgeries to emergency trauma.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for surgical, obstetric, and critical care patients—pre-op assessment, intra-op management, and post-op recovery.


• Lead anesthesia teams during complex procedures including cardiac, neuro, transplant, and high-risk obstetrics—ensuring airway control, hemodynamic stability, and pain management.


• Coordinate with surgeons, intensivists, and nurses to optimize perioperative pathways, reduce complications, and improve OR efficiency.


• Implement and monitor anesthesia protocols aligned with national guidelines (NABH, NBE) and institutional safety standards.


• Supervise junior anesthesiologists and residents—providing clinical mentorship, feedback, and training on advanced techniques.


• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, M&M reviews, and audit activities to enhance patient outcomes and compliance.

• Ultrasound-Guided Blocks

• ICU Management


• ACLS


• Preferred


• Experience in Transplant Anesthesia


• Teaching or Fellowship Training


• NABH or JCI Audit Experience
