What You’ll Do

• Build and manage Truva’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.


• Come up with fresh, original content ideas that match the Truva brand.


• Create content that is engaging, relatable and high quality.


• Work with the design, video and growth teams to increase visibility and engagement.


• Track content performance and use insights to improve future content and creative direction.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong creator mindset with a good understanding of social media trends and what makes content engaging.


• Strong storytelling skills and comfort being on camera.


• Ability to turn everyday ideas into relatable short-form videos and social posts.


• Hands-on experience with shooting, editing and publishing content independently.


• Ability to work quickly and consistently.


• Comfortable tracking content performance and adapting based on what works.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who genuinely enjoys creating social content, understands current trends, is comfortable on camera, and can independently take an idea from concept → shoot → edit → publish → analyse.
