Content Developer English Coursebook Series K8

We are looking for experienced English Content Developers to support a large-scale K–8 English coursebook development initiative.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in school-level English curriculum writing, textbook development, and competency-based content creation for Grades 1–8.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop English coursebook manuscript content for Grades 1–8
• Create age-appropriate stories, poems, activities, grammar tasks, writing prompts, and learning exercises
• Follow a structured instructional framework and editorial guidelines
• Map content to competency-based curriculum requirements
• Create chapter-level content across comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, writing, and activity-based learning
• Prepare clear image briefs within the manuscript, where required
• Ensure content quality, consistency, originality, and grade-level suitability

Required Experience:

• Prior experience in school-level English textbook or curriculum content development
• Strong understanding of CBSE, ICSE, State Board, or competency-based curriculum formats
• Ability to write age-appropriate English for different grade levels
• Familiarity with NCF 2023 or similar curriculum frameworks will be preferred
• Ability to work with structured templates and follow editorial standards
• Strong command of English grammar, pedagogy, and learner-focused writing

Preferred Qualifications:

• MA, MEd, or relevant qualification in English, Education, Linguistics, or related fields
• Experience in K–8 English content development
• Strong portfolio of school-level English learning content
