Introduction:
Established in 1993, YRGCARE is a premier non-government organization providing comprehensive HIV services in India. Its objective is to provide prevention, care, support, and treatment services for people living with HIV/AIDS, to prevent new infections, and to ensure that patients and their families are treated with dignity.
YRGCARE is the sub-recipient of the GFATM 2024-27 cycle of funding from NACO to implement the Virtual Interventions Program. This project aims at IT-enabled virtual strategy and management of the NACO Helpline (1097).
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Content Manager will play a critical role in designing content for demand generation activities, virtual outreach, and addressing myths, misconceptions, and follow-up requirements of clients. Working closely with other team members, the Content Manager will ensure that all content meets the project's objectives and complies with relevant laws. This position requires collaboration with virtual navigators and the online platform team to create and manage effective content strategies.
