Content Producer

Role Overview
We're looking for a Video Producer & Creator — someone who can take a video from concept to posting-ready content. You will write scripts, plan shoots, shoot content, and be comfortable on camera yourself — quickly recording and rough-editing short-form videos so they're ready to post in minutes. For longer or more polished pieces, you'll hand off organized footage and a clear creative brief to our in-house video editor, who handles final editing.

Key Responsibilities
● Scripting: Write scripts/storyboards for product explainers, social reels, testimonials, ad creatives, and event recap videos
● On-Camera Creator: Appear on camera and record quick, engaging short-form videos
independently
● Quick Editing: Rough-edit and finalize short-form content (Reels/Shorts) for same-day or same-hour posting
● Production: Plan and execute shoots (in-studio and on-location at events), manage lighting, audio, and framing
● Handoff to Editing: For longer/polished pieces, organize and deliver raw footage with shot logs and a clear creative brief to the in-house video editor
● Collaboration: Work closely with the Video Editor, Social Media, Marketing Content, and Ads teams to align output with campaign calendars
● Turnaround: Own timelines from concept through delivery
● Event Coverage: Travel occasionally for on-ground event video coverage across India

Must-Have Skills
● Proven scriptwriting ability for short-form and marketing video (portfolio required)
● Confident, natural on-camera presence — can host/present without a script crutch
● Hands-on shooting experience (DSLR/mirrorless or high-end smartphone rigs) — camera operation, lighting, and audio setup
● Working knowledge of a quick-edit tool (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or InShot) for fast turnaround short-form content
● Strong storytelling instinct — understands pacing, hooks, and platform-specific formats
(Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, YouTube)

● Ability to organize and log footage clearly for a smooth handoff to editing
● Ability to work independently with minimal creative supervision

Good to Have
● Experience creating content for B2B / SaaS / event industry brands
● Photography skills
● Exposure to AI scripting/pre-production tools
● Existing personal brand or content presence (Instagram/LinkedIn) showing on-camera
comfort
