2. Business Development & Partnerships
ï· Identify emerging funding opportunities across CSR, corporate, institutional, and

3. Process Adherence & CRM Management
ï· Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of donor data, pipeline, and engagement
records in Salesforce (Salesforce.com) or similar CRM platforms.

reporting standards.
ï· Maintain data integrity and support audit readiness.
4. Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting
ï· Collaborate with program, finance, communications, and leadership teams to ensure
successful donor engagement and project execution.
ï· Track fundraising performance through dashboards and periodic MIS reports.
ï· Provide insights and recommendations to improve fundraising effectiveness.

Requirements
Experience
6–10 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account
Management, Corporate Partnerships, or Fundraising.
Preferred: Experience in CSR partnerships, Institutional fundraising, or the social
development sector. However, candidates with a strong sales and relationship management
background from the corporate sector are encouraged to apply.
Educational Qualification
ï· Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
ï· MBA / PGDM or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred but not essential)
Role Purpose
Coordinator – Fundraising will be responsible for driving resource mobilization through
retaining existing corporate partnerships, CSR engagements, high-value donor acquisition,
and strategic relationship management.
The role requires developing sustainable donor relationships, achieving fundraising targets,
ensuring process compliance, and collaborating across internal teams to maximize
organizational impact.
