In financial operations at PwC, you will focus on managing financial processes and confirming compliance with regulations. You will handle tasks such as financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Finance Operations team you will engage in corporate development activities, analyzing M&A opportunities that drive strategic growth. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your research and analytical skills to communicate findings effectively while supporting the identification of valuable targets. This role presents a unique opportunity to influence key business decisions and contribute to the firm's strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Engage in corporate development activities to assess M&A opportunities

- Analyze data to support the identification of strategic growth targets

- Communicate research findings to influence business decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic initiatives

- Utilize analytical skills to evaluate valuable targets

- Contribute to the development of actionable insights for stakeholders

- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitive landscape

- Support the execution of strategic initiatives within the Finance Operations team

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 4 -9 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required
