Corporate Salary Relationship Manager

• Deepen existing portfolio to ensure customer stickiness
  
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of desired amounts in acquired accounts and update salary
  
• Periodically plan reviews of the underperforming customers and draw an action plan for improvement
  
• Assess and evaluate the client needs and generate new sources of revenue by leveraging cross-sell opportunities
  
• Ensure effective Customer Relationship Management for efficient servicing and best-in-class service
  
• Drive corporate engagement activities to acquire and engage corporate clients
  
• Gather the latest Market intelligence and track and benchmark against best practices in competitor banks
  
• Ensure full awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to products / KYC / AML
  
• Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis and feedback from different channels/customers
  
• Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network
  
• Manage a team of Relationship officers, taking responsibility for their development and attrition
  
• Demonstrated Ability in sales planning and conceptualizing promotions and marketing initiatives
  

• Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure.
  
• Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality, and attrition rates and make necessary improvements
  
• Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support
  

• Travel-intensive role with coverage across Punjab, Jammu & HP.
  

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:        

• Graduate - Any
  
• Postgraduate - Finance (MBA preferred)                           
  

Experience:

• 2 – 5 years of relevant branch banking experience
