Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing technical specifications and market data.

• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and report variances to ensure financial objectives are met.

• Data Analysis: Analyze cost related data to identify trends, perform variance analysis, and support decision-making processes.

• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to integrate cost considerations into project planning and execution.

• Best Practices Implementation: Apply industry best practices in cost engineering to optimize project costs and enhance efficiency.

• Cost Estimation: Expertise in developing and refining accurate cost estimates for projects using industry standard methodologies.

• Budget Management: Proficient in creating and overseeing project budgets to ensure financial objectives are achieved.

• Financial Analysis: Skilled in analyzing financial data to support decision-making and implement cost control measures.

• Project Coordination: Ability to organize and manage project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery.

• Data Analysis: Competent in interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, cost saving opportunities, and optimize expenditures.

• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of engineering principles and cost engineering methodologies relevant to project requirements.

• Problem Solving: Strong capability to address and resolve complex cost related issues through analytical and innovative approaches.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing and reviewing cost reports, financial documents, and project estimates.

• Software Proficiency: Experienced in using cost engineering software and tools such as Microsoft Excel, Primavera, and other relevant applications.
