Key Responsibilities

• Attend customers at the sales counter professionally.
  
• Recommend sweets, cakes, and bakery products.
  
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and product display.
  
• Replenish stock on shelves and counters.
  
• Assist customers with product information.
  
• Coordinate with kitchen/store staff for stock availability.
  
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  

Required Skills

• Customer Service – Handle customers courteously.
  
• Counter Sales – Manage retail counter operations.
  
• Cash Handling – Perform billing and cash collection.
  
• Communication Skills – Interact effectively with customers.
  
• Product Knowledge – Understand sweets and bakery products.

Work Experience Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Typical: 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, bakery, supermarket, or food outlets is preferred.

Education

• Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass (Typical)
  
• Preferred: Any Diploma (Typical)
  
• Additional: Retail or Customer Service training (Typical)
