Preparedness of Gate audits (Rnd 30) – GPOT/SPOT -
All function like PD, ME ,PU, AM related documents to be prepared for audit
Meeting with auditor and complete the audit with FTR
All document to be ensure before one week of gate audit plan and self-assessment to be done.
GPOT to be achieve as per departmental yearly target
Preparedness of review meetings. -
Prepare the Weekly, monthly, quarterly reports for functional review like War room, tech forum, SCM,NPI EMT ETC
Release trackers like Part availability , Build Plan , PPAP, APQP for review
Conduct the organization wise cross functional team meeting, circulate the MOM for project execution
People Management -
Manage and leading team
• Reviewing the performance
• Identifying the competency and skill of team members and utilizing them at appropriate area
• Facilitate in skill development and training
• People development through CFT involvement.
Collaborating with other functions and customers to understand the requirements and delivering accordingly
