What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a motivated Creative Design Strategist who is eager to contribute to the growth of our agency. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating impactful visual content and eager to drive the creative vision from concept to completion. You should be:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce graphics that align with our brand's aesthetic and voice.


• Collaborate with our core team to develop visual content that amplifies our campaigns as well as the brands we work for.


• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas that drive our visual storytelling.


• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.


• Ensure all designs are optimized for digital platforms while adhering to the latest design trends and techniques.


• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.


• Lead AI workflows to speed up execution


• Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 executives/interns/freelancers, ensuring smooth workflow, effective coordination, and timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in creative & graphic design.


• A keen understanding of how design works for digital and difference in the visuals for different target audiences.


• A keen eye for detail and possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.


• Proficiency in standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma etc).


• A collaborative spirit, ready to work in tandem with various teams.


• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and flourish in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.


• Prior experience or understanding of the media production and digital marketing domains will be a plus
