What will you do
- Translate briefs and strategies into innovative, high-impact creative ideas that resonate with target audiences
- Build branded content concepts based on insights derived from an in-depth understanding of the brand, consumers’ feelings, attitudes and behaviours and cultural trends
- Think across platforms and channels, mastering the attributes of each to create tailored content and conversations across each channel for total ecosystem engagement.
- Lead the ideation and execution of campaigns, ensuring delivery of top-tier creative outputs
- Stay attuned to pop culture, digital trends and the broader zeitgeist to ensure content remains fresh and relevant
- Creatively involve in end-to-end coordination and execution with third party like director, producer and vendors
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with campaign and strategy team, maintaining creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives
- Guide and upskill junior creatives, fostering a culture of learning and creative excellence
- Translate marketing requirements into clear design outputs and collaborate with developers for execution.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, HR/People teams, and Tech to define briefs and convert them into impactful designs.
What we're looking for:
- 1-3 years of professional design experience (graphic design / brand design / marketing design / UI/UX mix)
- Strong portfolio showing a range of work: brand systems, marketing collateral, and digital/UI design.
- Proficiency in Figma; working knowledge of Adobe suite and AI (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Ability to work fast without compromising craft strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
