Creative Designer

Primary Responsibility : Creative Content & Brand Communication

• Create engaging video content for social media (Reels, YouTube, Ads)

• Design high -quality social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Develop ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns

• Work on video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling

• Create product videos, explainer videos, and testimonial videos

• Design banners, posters, brochures, and marketing collaterals

• Create creatives for exhibitions, stall branding, and events

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and performance teams

• Deliver creatives within defined timelines

Requirements

Key Skills Required (What we need)

• Strong knowledge of graphic design tools:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe InDesign

• Canva

• Figma

• Strong knowledge of video editing & motion tools:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe After Effects

• CapCut / DaVinci Resolve

• Understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual communication

• Ability to create high -converting ad creatives (static + video)

• Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout

• Creative thinking with attention to detail

• Good communication and time management skills

Qualifications :

• Graduate (Any Stream)

• Certification in Graphic Design / Video Editing (preferred)

• 4+ years of experience in creative design (video + graphic)

• Experience working in companies like Loom Solar Pvt Ltd or similar D2C / E -commerce /

Digital Marketing companies will be an advantage
