Creative Social Media & Design Strategist

We’re looking for a Creative Social Media & Design
Strategist — someone who can plan smart, engaging content strategies while
also creating visuals that stand out. If you're a creative thinker who
understands both the why and how of digital content, and you have a
great eye for design, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

●     Own and manage content
calendars across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more

●     Design high -impact visual
content: static posts, carousels, stories, and social ads

●     Write platform -specific
captions and post copy that reflects our brand voice

●     Collaborate with marketing and
product teams on campaign concepts

●     Monitor social trends and
suggest content opportunities

●     Analyze content performance and
tweak strategies based on results

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

●     1 -2 years of experience in
social media content strategy and visual design

●     Proficiency in Canva and Adobe
tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

●     Strong understanding of social
media platforms, trends, and content formats

●     Great visual storytelling and
branding instincts

●     Ability to work independently
and manage deadlines

●     A portfolio showcasing social
media designs and campaigns

Nice to Have

●     Basic motion design or video
editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)

●     Experience creating reels or
short -form videos

●     Familiarity with tools like
Figma, Lottie, RunwayML, or Lumen5

●     Worked in a startup or
fast -paced marketing environment
