Job Description - CRM executive

• Coordinate with clients to understand their concerns and align services or products to
their needs
• Receive inbound calls, filter positive leads, and route them to the relevant sales team
• Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure an effective and efficient sales funnel
• Follow up on sales inquiries received via website chats, emails, and inbound calls

• Advise customers on suitable products and dealer selection based on their requirements

• Develop in -depth knowledge of product features and benefits to assist customers
effectively

• Support the organization of promotional events to engage and attract prospective
customers

• Ensure a high -performing customer service system is maintained at all times

• Collaborate with team members across departments and managerial levels effectively

• Manage and monitor the company's presence on social media platforms such as
Instagram and Facebook
