Job Description - CSM (Signalor)


We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who combines strong SEO expertise, customer relationship management, and strategic thinking to help brands maximize their visibility in AI-powered search environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers to interpret AI visibility metrics, GEO reports, and SEO performance data while providing actionable recommendations that drive business growth. This role requires a proactive professional with excellent communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to lead customer success initiatives in the rapidly evolving world of AI search and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities



  • Manage customer success initiatives and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

  • Help brands and agencies understand AI visibility metrics, GEO reports, and growth opportunities.

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning activities.

  • Analyze customer performance data and provide strategic recommendations for business growth.

  • Collaborate with content, development, product, and marketing teams to implement SEO and GEO best practices.

  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity platforms to improve workflows and operational efficiency.

  • Track, monitor, and report SEO, GEO, and organic growth performance metrics.

  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for long-term success.

  • Lead and mentor team members while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Stay updated on AI search trends, search engine algorithm changes, GEO methodologies, and industry developments.

  • Identify opportunities for sustainable organic growth across customer digital properties.

Key Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI-powered search ecosystems.

  • Experience managing customer relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Proficiency in ChatGPT and AI-powered productivity tools.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing teams.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.

  • Experience working with SaaS, Digital Marketing, SEO, or eCommerce clients is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and account management.
