CSM (Vara Ads)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Manager – Customer Success to build, nurture, and scale strategic relationships across the affiliate marketing ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in affiliate marketing, publisher and advertiser management, customer success, and performance marketing. This role requires a commercially focused professional who can drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, optimize campaign performance, and contribute to the expansion of Vara Ads across Web3, fintech, gaming, and digital advertising markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with publishers, advertisers, affiliates, and strategic partners.
  


• Drive affiliate revenue growth through new business acquisition and partnership expansion.
  


• Identify, onboard, and develop new publishers and advertisers within the affiliate ecosystem.
  


• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience and retention.
  


• Monitor affiliate campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
  


• Prepare and present campaign performance reports, insights, and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
  


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
  


• Build and strengthen Vara Ads' presence within the affiliate marketing and Web3 ecosystem.
  


• Negotiate commercial agreements and maximize partnership value.
  


• Identify opportunities to scale existing accounts and generate incremental revenue.
  


• Maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and strategic partners.
  


• Drive long-term business growth through effective account management and customer success initiatives.
  

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Ad-Tech.
  


• Strong network of publishers, affiliates, advertisers, and industry partners.
  


• Experience working within Web3, fintech, gaming, or performance marketing ecosystems.
  


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  


• Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation abilities.
  


• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  


• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and business priorities simultaneously.
  


• Strong ownership mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  


• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
  


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
