Job Description - CSR(Corporate Sales Representative) Sales Manager

Experience: - 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the ed tech, training, or related industry. Proven track record of successfully securing large -scale CSR projects or enterprise -level sales.

Role Overview:

 We are seeking a dynamic and results -driven CSR Sales Manager to spearhead our efforts in acquiring skilling projects funded through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. This role will involve identifying and engaging with Heads of CSR within major enterprises, understanding their CSR goals, and aligning our training solutions with their objectives to secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Lead Generation: - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential enterprise clients with active CSR initiatives focused on skilling. - Generate and qualify leads through various channels including networking, industry events, and digital platforms.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building: - Initiate contact and build relationships with Heads of CSR and other key decision -makers within target enterprises. - Conduct needs analysis to understand the specific skilling requirements and CSR goals of prospective clients.

3. Solution Presentation and Proposal Development:  - Develop and present tailored proposals that align our training solutions with the client’s CSR objectives. - Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of our training solutions in addressing the client's CSR goals.

 4. Negotiation and Deal Closure: - Lead negotiations to secure contracts and close deals with enterprise clients. - Ensure all contractual agreements are in line with company policies and meet the client’s expectations.

5. Collaboration and Coordination: - Work closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless delivery of training solutions. - Provide feedback and insights from the market to help refine and enhance our product offerings.

6. Reporting and Analysis: - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. - Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management.


 Skills: - Strong understanding of the CSR landscape in India, particularly in relation to skilling initiatives. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior -level executives. - Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
