Job Title: Customer Care Agent – Life Insurance (BPO)

Location: Gurgaon

Calling Process: Inbound & Outbound

Salary: 25000 -35000 per month

Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Care Agents to handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to life insurance services. The role involves resolving customer queries, providing policy -related information, updating customer records, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to insurance policies and services.

Assist customers with policy information, premium payments, and service requests.

Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required.

Update customer details accurately in the CRM system.

Maintain high service quality and meet performance targets (AHT, CSAT, FCR).

Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility

Graduate or Undergraduate.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

0–2 years of experience in Customer Service/BPO/BFSI/Insurance preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Customer -focused with good problem -solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.

Ability to work in a fast -paced environment.
