About the Role

We are hiring Customer Care Associate to join our Chat Support team. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced professionals who have strong written communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

As a Customer Care Associate, you will assist customers through digital communication channels, resolve their concerns efficiently, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Candidates must be from or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad and work from the office.

Eligibility & Requirements

• 
  

  Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma or equivalent; graduates preferred.

  Previous experience in customer service, chat support, or a related field is an advantage.

  Excellent written English with strong grammar and communication skills.
