Job Description - Customer Care Executive

•        Handle customer queries and complaints via voice (calls) and non -voice (emails, chats, social media) channels
•        Provide accurate product information and resolve
issues efficiently
•        Maintain customer records and update databases
using basic computer tools
•        Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely
resolution of customer concerns
•        Uphold brand values and ensure a delightful
customer experience

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline

• Experience: 0 to 5 years in customer service or related field

• Gender
Preference: Female candidates preferred

• Language
Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Technical
Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

• Soft
Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and problem -solving ability
