We have immediate openings for "Manager – Customer Care" for our Reputed Manufacturing Client located in Kolkata/ Guwahati / Ahmedabad.

It has continued to be the leader in this segment not just by setting technological benchmarks but also by adapting innovations effectively to suit Indian travel conditions. It manufactures a variety of premium buses and coaches that cater to the entire gamut of utility vehicles and applications, from luxurious inter-city travel options to safe transport choices for school going children. While fully built buses come in a wide range from 12 seaters to 67 seaters, Chassis options vary from 4 tonne GVW (5m length) to 16 tonne GVW (12m length).

Job Description

About Position:-

Qualification: BE (Mechanical / Automobile Engg)

Experience: 7-14 yrs.

Job Role Summary:

· To analyze the technical complaints of the vehicle in the field.

· To provide feedback on Product Performance and for Product

 Improvement.

· To assist in spare parts requirement in co-ordination with Spare Parts division.

· Inspection of failed components to give decision.

· To train Dealers/Customers’/Technicians on Product and driving.

· To visit Dealer and Customer to provide technical assistance.

· To rectify defects in vehicles / overhaul aggregates.

· To inform manufacturing team on the field expectation.

· Help NPI team to know the market feedback & customer expectation

· To interact with customers on Sales & Marketing of Buses

Technical Competencies

· Working knowledge of computers required.

· Knowledge of SAP
