Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Title - Specialist Customer Care
Grade - BA3
Exp Range - Minimum 3 Years in contact center Industry preferably Banking domain.
Skill Required – Excellent communication skills, work exp in international contact centre (BPO/ Voice/ KPO/Calling industry). Basic understanding of KYC, High Risk, PEP, Knowledge of AML (good to have) and entity onboarding (Good to have).
Shift Timings – Rotational Shifts
Week off’s: Rotational
Work From Office
Notice Considered: up to 30 Days.
Interview rounds: HR, Language Assessment Interview, Operations round.
Location – Pune
