We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Operations Executive to support our customer operations team. The ideal candidate should have 1â2 years of experience in the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-first approach. This role involves managing operational activities such as invoicing, payment follow-ups, coordination with clients and internal teams, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth business operations.
Generate and share invoices with customers.
Follow up with clients for payment confirmations and outstanding dues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer operations.
Maintain customer records and update ERP/CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
Track payments and prepare operational reports.
Handle customer operational queries and ensure timely resolution.
Assist in documentation and process coordination.

B.Com, BBA, or MBA graduate.
1â2 years of experience in the IT industry in customer operations, finance support, billing, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/CRM tools (Zoho experience is an added advantage).
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
