Job Description - Customer Relationship Executive

Create order forms & Proforma Invoices (PIs)

Coordinate with operations (production/dispatch) and accounts (payments)

Share regular order & dispatch updates with customers

Follow up on advance payments and outstanding collections

Confirm delivery and drive repeat orders

Track and resolve customer complaints

Requirements

2–5 years in customer service/coordination roles
Good communication (English) & basic Excel skills
Strong follow -up, accuracy, and coordination ability
Process -driven, patient, and detail -oriented
Within 45 mins commute
Female candidate preferred (returning to workforce welcomed)
