⢠· Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre environment

⢠· Airline, Travel and Resorts experience required
⢠· Should be able to read fare Rules & Penalty.
⢠· Able to learn new process quickly and adaptable to change
⢠· Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound calls
