Job Description - customer Success Manager

The focus of this role is on building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients. You will
work closely with a senior sales executive to learn how to understand customer needs and provide
solutions that foster trust and repeat business. You’ll focus on maintaining high levels of customer
satisfaction, identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships, and ensuring the company’s value
proposition is consistently delivered.

Requirements

● MBA degree (or equivalent)
● Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages
● Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
