Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with 2–3 years of experience in client relationship management, product implementation, customer support, and account growth. The candidate will be responsible for helping clients use the company's technology products effectively while maintaining strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and support long-term account engagement.
  

• Assist clients with onboarding, product training, and system usage.
  

• Guide clients in resolving product-related queries and improving product adoption.
  

• Monitor client accounts and conduct periodic account reviews.
  

• Identify opportunities for account growth through additional product offerings.
  

• Coordinate with internal teams to address client feedback and improve service delivery.
  

• Review client data to understand usage patterns and business requirements.
  

• Manage account renewals, payment follow-ups, and related activities.
  

• Communicate product updates and new features to clients.
  

• Maintain regular communication with key client stakeholders.
  

• Support client retention through timely follow-ups and issue resolution.
  

• Identify opportunities for client referrals, reviews, and testimonials.
