Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless support experience.

Key Responsibilities

  Handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a timely and professional manner

  Resolve product or service issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions

  Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and experience

  Collaborate with internal teams (tech, product, sales) to resolve complex issues

  Document customer interactions and maintain records in CRM systems

  Provide product guidance and assist customers in using our platform effectively

  Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  2–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with CRM tools and support platforms

  Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to handle multiple queries and work in a fast-paced environment

  Basic technical understanding (APIs, SaaS products is a plus)

  Experience in SaaS, tech, or WhatsApp/API-based platforms

  Familiarity with ticketing tools like Zohodesk, Freshdesk, etc.
