Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for a domestic voice process. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, or accounts
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required
Follow company policies, scripts, and quality guidelines

Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills

Customer -focused attitude with good problem -solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast -paced environment

Willingness to learn and adapt
