Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, or accounts
Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required
Follow company policies, scripts, and quality guidelines
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus)
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Customer -focused attitude with good problem -solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
Willingness to learn and adapt
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
Fresher candidates are welcome
Prior customer support or BPO experience is an added advantage
